Real-time communications and visibility

HARDMAN Tower Control is able to keep everyone informed and tailor messages to the specific needs of the agent involved. This ranges from a container number change to a reservation that has to be canceled because the product is unavailable.
Dock and slot assignment
In direct management, the truck arrives, a dock compatible with the load is found, and as soon as the dock and a forklift operator are free, the operation is carried out.
With HARDMAN docks and HARDMAN slots, we handle these tasks directly. We can calculate the docks compatible with a load and assign them automatically. This way, you’ll never receive a truck with a type of dock it’s not compatible with.
In addition, our platform can automatically manage shuttle reservations, select preferred customers, reserve slots up to a specific time, ensure occupancy rates, and more.
Orchestration
And the day-to-day is very complicated. We have a person, usually at the checkpoint, who manages the trucks as they arrive, handling both the ordinary and the extraordinary.
With HARDMAN gates and HARDMAN lines, the system autonomously manages the flow of people in the facility. It can receive them using the TOTEM, manage queues, and automatically prioritize them. It even warns if the center is experiencing a delay, leaving only exceptions to be resolved.
