HARDMAN digitizes and automates all truck inbound/outbound logistics in industrial plants. From 3.5 hours of waiting to under 5 minutes — on average. Stats: Truck wait time · Delay reduction · Slot occupancy. ### The Problem Every year, your plant loses thousands of hours. In a standard plant processing 100 trucks a day, poor coordination compounds across tens of thousands of yearly movements — into staggering losses, year after year. - **Average wait time** — Every truck sits idle for up to 3.5 hours in Spain. That's time — and money — you can't recover. - **Hours lost per year** — 95,000 hours of wasted productivity annually in a 100-truck-per-day plant. - **CO₂ emitted** — 7 million kilograms of avoidable CO₂ emissions from trucks idling at your gates. - **Direct costs/year** — Over €1.5 million per year in direct costs directly attributable to scheduling inefficiency. ### The HARDMAN Solution Your intelligent control tower. HARDMAN doesn't just manage bookings — it understands your operations. From the moment a truck is booked to the moment its documents are closed, every step is visible, connected, and under control. **Slot & Dock Management** — Do late, early, or missing trucks keep disrupting your schedule? HARDMAN manages bookings, plant capacity, and dock assignments — while showing whether each load is confirmed, arrived, delayed, or missing. (Improves: Punctuality, Dock occupancy, Waiting time.) *The schedule changes. The operation adapts.* **Communication Management** — How long does it take one update to reach everyone? HARDMAN shares status changes and alerts across logistics, transport, drivers, plant teams, customers, and partners — at the right moment. (Improves: Information quality, Response time, Coordination.) *One change. Everyone informed.* **Yard Management** — Are queues and manual checks slowing trucks after they arrive? HARDMAN coordinates security checks, access, queues, and truck movement — from the plant entrance to the correct dock. (Improves: Yard flow, Resource use.) *From gate to dock, keep every truck moving.* **Digital Documentation** — Are paper and disconnected documents slowing your operation? HARDMAN keeps transport documents digital, traceable, available, and connected to each load. (Improves: Traceability, Administrative time, Document availability.) *Do not just digitalize the document. Digitalize the operation.* ### How it works Plan. Detect. Coordinate. Improve. 1. **Plan** — Prepare slots, docks, trucks, and documents. 2. **Detect** — Identify delays, missing information, or risks. 3. **Coordinate** — Alert the right people and adapt the operation. 4. **Improve** — KPIs let you understand what happened and improve the future. ### Who uses it One platform for the whole operation: Logistics, Transport, Production, Customer Service, Management, Drivers / Partners. Real results. Verified numbers: - Average wait time with HARDMAN - Slot occupancy rate - Apps required for drivers ### Quick Start — The Weeks vs. Months Paradigm Stop waiting. Start loading. | | Legacy ERP Integration | HARDMAN Quick Start | |---|---|---| | Time to first value | Months of coding | Live in weeks | | Deployment risk | High — potential system downtime | Zero risk — non-intrusive file read | | IT overhead requested | Intensive from day one | Minimal involvement | | Data validation | Delayed until complete deployment | Immediate real-world log testing | | System agility | Rigid, custom-coded silos | High flexibility to adjust flows | ### October 2026 Deadline — Compliance The administrative transport control document goes digital. Spain's Sustainable Mobility Law requires the administrative control document for applicable public road freight transport operations to become digital from October 2026. For HARDMAN, this is more than a compliance deadline. It is an opportunity to connect documents, drivers, trucks, slots, docks, customers, and operational changes in one flow. **What the law requires:** The required administrative control document must move from paper to digital. It must remain available, traceable, and accessible when needed. Reference: Law 9/2025 · BOE-A-2025-24545 · Administrative control document for public road freight transport. #### Level 1 — Comply 400 €/month + 0.10 €/carta de porte For companies that need to meet the legal requirement with minimum operational change. - Required control document becomes digital - Driver receives a mobile link - No app installation needed - Final document remains traceable Legal minimum. #### Level 2 — Save Time 600 €/month + 0.10 €/carta de porte For companies that want to reduce paperwork and start gaining time every day. - Mobile signature and confirmation - Digital document access - Delivery notes, invoices, certificates, photos, temperature records, purchase requests, and customer mentions connected to the load - Better traceability from origin to destination Operational advantage. #### Level 3 — Transform (High Performance) Ask for pricing. For companies that want to connect documentation with the full entry and exit process of trucks. - Slot booking - Pre-arrival data checks - Automatic gates - Dock assignment - Arrival and delay management - Change management Waiting time from 3.5 hours to under 15 minutes, with +33% team availability and −90% unpunctuality. #### Level 4 — Extra Service Ask for pricing. Additional service. For companies that want HARDMAN to provide additional operational and administrative support in daily logistics operations. - Operational/admin support - Slot and booking management support - KPI follow-up - Communication with suppliers, carriers, and customers - Digital documentation follow-up - Daily operation assistance **Level 1** helps you comply. **Level 3** helps you transform the operation. HARDMAN estimates that, at Level 3, every euro invested can return more than €12 in operational savings. ### Testimonials — Trusted by industry leaders > "We went from 3+ hours of waiting per truck to under 5 minutes. All rights reserved. --- ## Page: October 2026 — Digital Transport Documentation (https://hardman.app/law-october-2026.html) ### Hero Digital Transport Documentation October 2026: the administrative transport control document goes digital. Law 9/2025 requires the administrative control document for applicable public road freight transport operations to become digital ten months after the law entered into force. HARDMAN helps companies use this requirement as the starting point for a more connected loading and unloading operation. ### What changes? Paper will no longer be enough for the relevant administrative control document. The document must be digital, available, protected, traceable, and accessible when required. This requirement applies to the administrative control document for public road freight transport, regulated by Order FOM/2861/2012. It does not automatically mean that every document used in every transport operation is part of the legal minimum. However, HARDMAN can connect additional operational documents to the same load, including delivery notes, invoices, certificates, photographs, temperature records, purchase requests, and customer mentions. Reference: Law 9/2025 · BOE-A-2025-24545 · Administrative control document for public road freight transport. ### Who should review this requirement? - Shippers and companies managing freight transport - Carriers and logistics companies - Logistics operators and distributors - Any agent in the chain that generates or receives the relevant transport documentation This is not a temporary recommendation. It is a state-level legal change with a fixed implementation timeline. ### From obligation to opportunity HARDMAN's model has three levels: - Comply — move the required document from paper to digital. - Save Time — add mobile signatures and a complete document flow. - Transform — connect documentation with the full entry and exit process of trucks. The deeper the level, the more operational value the company can recover. ### Three ways to respond Choose the level that fits your operation today, and see how far you want to go beyond compliance. #### Level 1 — Comply 400 €/month + 0.10 €/carta de porte Create and store the required administrative control document digitally. - Digital control document - Mobile link for the driver - No app installation - Final version uploaded and traceable - Minimum operational friction Best for: companies that need to comply first. **The paper document becomes digital.** This is the minimum response to the law. It allows the company to meet the legal requirement without transforming the full operation yet. How it works with HARDMAN: 1. After loading, the responsible person attaches the document in HARDMAN. 2. The document can be uploaded as a PDF, photo, JSON, or another accepted digital format. 3. The driver receives a mobile link. 4. The driver opens the document without installing an app. 5. At destination, the final signed, confirmed, or validated version can be uploaded. 6. The record remains traceable and is not deleted. What it includes: - Integration with logistics operators that can digitalize the carta de porte themselves. - Support for occasional operators or operators without their own platform. - Signature-status feedback, whether the signature happens through their system or through HARDMAN. - Support when carriers rotate often, because HARDMAN handles the digitalization process instead of forcing the plant to adapt to each operator. - A first step toward digital communication between transport providers, exworks operations, the plant, and the driver. What you gain: Basic legal compliance · Digital record · Traceability · Minimal operational friction. The limitation: Level 1 solves the legal need, but it does not transform the operation. In practice, paper may still remain in the process for safety or internal habits, and the team does not recover much time. *You comply, but your operation stays almost the same.* #### Level 2 — Save Time 600 €/month + 0.10 €/carta de porte Move document access, signature, and document flow to mobile. - Mobile signature or confirmation - Digital document access - Delivery notes, invoices, certificates, photos, temperature records, purchase requests, and customer mentions connected to the load - Better visibility from origin to destination - Less manual document handling Best for: companies that want compliance to reduce daily work. **Goodbye paper.** At this level, HARDMAN starts reducing manual work. The driver can sign or confirm directly on the phone. At destination, the receiver can sign on their own device or through a QR process when needed. What you gain: Less paper · Less plant-team document management · Clearer proof of when the goods were delivered · Traceability from origin to destination to reception · Better visibility of carrier compliance · Earlier detection if a customer rejects the goods · Less time spent manually managing documents. *You stop moving paper and start moving faster.* #### Level 2.2 — Complete Document Flow It is not only the control document. It is everything that adds value to your customer. HARDMAN can connect other operational documents to the same load: delivery notes, invoices, purchase requests, health certificates, photographs, temperature records, customer comments or mentions. With paper: At departure, the document is carried in the truck. During the route, the customer has little or no visibility. At arrival, the process depends on paper signature and manual review. After delivery, paper is archived and disputes are harder to resolve. With HARDMAN: At departure, the document is digital and available on the driver's phone. During the route, the customer can review documentation in advance. At arrival, signature or confirmation can happen digitally. After delivery, the data remains recorded with full traceability. *The truck leaves your plant, and the customer already has the documentation. When the load arrives, everything is prepared.* #### Level 3 — Transform Ask for pricing. Connect documentation with the full truck entry and exit flow. - Slot booking - Pre-arrival data checks - Automatic gates - Dock assignment - Arrival and delay management - Change management Best for: companies that want to transform the full plant operation. Impact: More than €12 saved for every €1 invested at Level 3. **Do not digitalize only the document. Digitalize the entry and exit of trucks.** This is where the law becomes a trigger for full operational improvement. What HARDMAN connects: Slot booking · Pre-arrival data confirmation · License plate, ID, and document validation before arrival · Automatic gates · Dock assignment · Arrival management · Delay management · Change management. The key difference: - Level 1 digitalizes the document. - Level 2 digitalizes the signature and document flow. - Level 3 digitalizes the full entry and exit process. This is not only a difference of degree. It is a difference in the nature of the operation. *The document becomes digital, but the real value is that the plant becomes smarter.* #### Level 4 — Extra Service Ask for pricing. For companies that want HARDMAN to provide additional operational and administrative support in daily logistics operations. - Operational/admin support - Slot and booking management support - KPI follow-up - Communication with suppliers, carriers, and customers - Digital documentation follow-up - Daily operation assistance Best for: companies that want HARDMAN to manage more of the daily operation. Level 4 is an additional managed service for companies that want HARDMAN to support the daily operation more directly. It complements Level 3 by adding operational and administrative support around bookings, KPIs, communications, documentation, and daily coordination. ### Cost and Return According to the HARDMAN model, the cost of implementation rises quickly to reach Level 1 and then flattens. From Level 1 to Level 3, cost grows only around 50%, while operational value grows much more strongly. Level 3 impact: - Waiting time per truck: from 3.5 hours to under 15 minutes - Logistics team availability: +33% - Reduction in unpunctuality: −90% - Incremental cost over Level 2: around +50% - Estimated return: more than €12 saved for every €1 invested at Level 3 *Every minute of waiting is a minute lost forever.* ### KPI Evolution The change is not linear. Some KPIs may get worse at the beginning because the company starts registering and controlling more information. But when the company reaches Level 3, the operational value becomes much stronger. | KPI | Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 3 | |---|---|---|---| | Truck stay time | May increase | May increase | Drops sharply | | Punctuality | No major change | No major change | Improves strongly | | Administrative task time | May increase | Decreases | Decreases further | | Average waiting time | No major change | Partial reduction | 3.5h → under 15 min | | Team availability | No major change | Slight improvement | +33% | Level 4 is an optional managed service layer that complements any of the levels above — it is not measured as a separate technical or compliance level. ### Closing The document is only the beginning. The digitalization of the administrative control document is the small lever that can transform the whole organization. This is not only about complying with a law. It is about using the legal obligation as the starting point for a plant that works like a timed operation. *Do not just digitalize the document. Digitalize the operation.* Ready to turn the mandate into an advantage? Talk to HARDMAN. *Disclaimer: This page provides general information and does not constitute legal advice. Ejemplo: MSC — Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. During SIL, HARDMAN's CEO interviewed Alberto Blanco García from Carreras Grupo Logístico about the digital control document and the upcoming October 2026 requirement. The key point from the conversation was simple: digitalizing the administrative control document is necessary, but it does not automatically transform the operation. Today, a driver may still carry many other paper documents, such as delivery notes and related paperwork. If companies only digitalize the required control document, they may comply with the law but still keep most of the old manual process. Alberto's point also helps explain why the change can create extra friction at first: companies may end up managing paper and digital processes at the same time. The real improvement starts when the full document flow becomes digital, not only the minimum legal document. This is why HARDMAN frames October 2026 in three levels: comply with the legal requirement, save time by moving signatures and document access to mobile, and transform the operation by connecting documentation with slots, arrivals, access, docks, and changes. **Key takeaway:** The document is only the beginning. Do not just digitalize the document. Digitalize the operation.
